How much scent should I expect from my candle?

As a rule of thumb, the size of your candle should reflect the size of the room. A 4 oz candle will fill a smaller space like a bathroom, an 8 oz candle will fill a medium-sized room like a kitchen or bedroom, and a 16oz candle will fill a larger space like a living room. Also keep in mind that open windows, fans, etc. might affect the candle’s scent and strength.

Additionally, natural candles like ours that are made from 100% soy wax tend to throw more subtly than paraffin-based waxes.
